Architect

Role Overview

The Architect will be responsible for translating complex architectural visions into buildable, sustainable, and culturally resonant structures. You will work across master planning, exterior building design, spatial zoning, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from preliminary master planning to detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
• Integrate biophilic principles, natural lighting, micro-climate strategies, and structural efficiency into building envelopes.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, landscape architects, and municipal approval teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect structural execution, facade detailing, and quality compliance.
• Manage project timelines and deliver technical presentations to clients and advisory boards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) with CoA registration.
• 4+ years of professional experience in premium residential villas, commercial complexes, or hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of Indian building codes (NBC), local bylaws, and sustainable building certifications.
